Focus and Scope
The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers, and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. Hang Tuah Law Journal (HTLJ) is intended to be the journal for the publishing results of research on law both empirical and normative study, especially in contemporary legal issues in Indonesia and Global Context.
HTLJ is a journal that aims to publish manuscripts of high-quality research and conceptual analysis on specific fields of law, such as Environmental Law, Energy Law, Climate Change Law, Maritime Law, comparative law, or another section related contemporary issues in law.
